This technique means you can often avoid a general anaesthetic for many conditions. If surgery is recommended, where appropriate he will always try safe and simple non-operative measures such as injections and hand therapy before surgery.

Almost all procedures can be performed as a day-case, meaning an overnight stay is rarely required. Neil Walker uses clinical outcome scoring systems to monitor his patients’ conditions and progress.
